These terms govern your use of OpenDesk (the "App"), developed by Samuel Romero Moreno (the "Developer"), based in Spain. By using the App you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].
The App lets you time your study sessions, study alongside friends in a shared virtual library, join groups, earn XP and streaks, and use an optional focus mode that blocks other apps while you study. The App is currently free. If paid features are added, they will have their own terms before you are charged.
You must be at least 14 years old. You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your sign-in secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information.
Do not use the App to harass or impersonate others, choose offensive names, try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or fake your study time with tools or automation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Study time is recorded by the App and is based on good faith. Rankings, streaks and averages are for motivation and fun. We do not verify them and make no promises about them.
Focus mode is an optional personal tool. It depends on permissions you grant and on your device, so it may not block every app in every situation. Do not rely on it for anything safety-critical. You can end a session and remove the block at any time from the App. You decide which apps stay allowed; we are not responsible for messages or calls you miss because of your own settings.
You are responsible for the display name and group names you choose. You allow us to show them to other members of your groups so the App can work. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
You can delete your account at any time in the App (Settings, then "Borrar mi cuenta"). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
We work to keep the App running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. The App is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
